RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund (not including shipping costs) within the first fifteen (15) business days following your order. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable. All carton orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.Paper2U.com pays return shipping only for items shipped to you in error or received damaged or defective. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment. Any return of one hundred dollars($100.00) to two hundred forty-nine dollars ($249.00) will be subject to a restocking fee and service charge. Orders over two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) are non-returnable and non-refundable.No credit allowed on goods returned without our approval. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for any shipments returned to Paper2U.com after three (3) attempts. Shipments that do not pass through customs and that are returned will receive a refund for the product only, no refunds on international shipping charges. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
